It has been confirmed today that Thronebreaker The Witcher Tales is now available for purchase on the Nintendo Switch eShop worldwide. The game is around 4Gb big so it will not take too long to download on a decent internet connection.

Thronebreaker The Witcher Tales features a very engaging story set before the beginning of the games. The story follows queen Maeve of Rivia as she travels through some of the most iconic locations of the Northern Kingdoms, trying to get an army together to reclaim her kingdoms.

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales plays a lot differently than The Witcher 3, as all of its mechanics are regulated by GWENT, including battles. This makes for a very interesting and peculiar experience, as the mixture of RPG and card games mechanics work well and are quite engaging. Those who just wish to follow the story will also be able to do so thanks to the different difficulty settings included.

Thronebreaker The Witcher Tales is now available on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
