Join the wacky cartoon band in a journey across the crazy cartoon world! Toon Blast is a colorful match-3 puzzle game where you get to help Cooper Cat, Wally Wolf, and Bruno Bear blast rainbow colored cubes and solve zany puzzles. Our Toon Blast cheats and tips will help you and your pals through this wild adventure!
Toon Blast is a lot like other match-3 puzzle games, so your skills will apply here too! Even if you’re not prepared, we’ve got you covered with our Toon Blast cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!
Conserve your boosters!
Boosters and power ups are relatively hard to come by. You’ll only get a couple for free every time you open the Toon Chest or Star Chest, so try to only use them when you really need it. If you’re only a couple moves away from winning a particularly hard level, then that’s a good time to use a power up!
Don’t worry about the stars early on!
Like other match-3 puzzle games, you can get awarded up to three stars depending on how well you perform on a level. Early on, these stars don’t really matter. Once you beat level 15, you’ll unlock the Star Chest. From that point onward, every star you get goes toward opening the Star Chest which requires a grand total of 20 stars to open. Any stars you’ve accumulated before level 15 are essentially wasted, so you don’t have to worry about them early on.
Join a team as soon as possible!
Upon beating level 20, you’re given the option to join a team. Teams are full of other players who come together under one goal: beat all the levels in Toon Blast! You can pick a random one to join or create your own, although it costs a lot of coins. The main benefit of being in a team is that you can ask your teammates for a pick-me-up if you run out of lives. Be sure to repay the favor and help out your teammates if they need lives!
Always go for the big pieces!
Try not to make it a habit or matching every little combo you see. Instead, try to plan ahead and form big clumps of matching blocks to create the special pieces. Rockets, bombs and the globes are all incredibly helpful to reaching your quota, especially if you have a tricky objective to complete.
Remember that you can also combine special pieces for dramatic effects. With careful planning or good old fashioned luck, you’ll end up with two special pieces right next to each other.
Save your moves!
When you complete all the objectives on a level, all of your remaining moves will turn random blocks on the board into rockets. The more moves you have left the more points you’ll earn from this last hurrah. If you’re just about to hit the last star threshold for the level, the last hurrah might be just the thing to push you over! Always be diligent and try to save as many moves as you can!
