Our Westworld cheats and tips will show you how to run the best Westworld!
Westworld is all about keeping your guests happy and your hosts maintained, all the while upgrading your base to have all the latest tech. We will show you how to do all of this and more in our Westworld cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!
Have Auto-Tasks running at all times!
Inside of your Goals list you will find a section titled “Auto-Tasks”. These are quests that you must start up and wait the allotted time. As the name suggests, you do not have to actually do anything to complete these tasks besides waiting a while.
The rewards you get for each task varies along with the amount of time you will need to wait. Do not sleep on them though as they will keep your financial reserves in check. Make sure that you always have an auto-task running at all times!
Run Diagnostics often!
Once you build the Diagnostics facility, you will be able to run routine care on your hosts. As Doctor Bernard himself says, you do not need to wait until your hosts are crumbling and falling apart – instead, it is much better to be preemptive and perform routine care as much as possible.
Check your hosts list often. You will notice that there is a big arrow above each hosts’ profile picture – this is their glitch risk. A green arrow means that they are fine still, but a yellow arrow means that they are at risk of glitching.
Glitch risk starts low but increases every time your host has an interaction. The more interactions they go without diagnostics, the more prone they are to a glitch.
When a host is completely glitched out, they may take up to hours to repair, whereas a simple routine check up should only take a couple of minutes. That is why it is best to do diagnostics as often as possible!
Match Cornerstones!
Cornerstones are special attributes to a host’s backstory that makes them feel more human. They are things like “grew up in poverty” or “never seen the ocean” and things like that.
Guests that come into Westworld also have cornerstones along with a icon and a certain color. If you can match a host with a guest that have the same kind of icon, their cornerstones will match and you will get more rewards out of the interaction.
Do not just assign your hosts randomly – take a moment to see if you have any matching cornerstones.
Always make Synth-Blood in batches of 5!
At the Biomaterials production facility, you can create 3D Ink and Synth-Blood. You will need Synth-Blood to complete certain interactions, so make sure you keep your Biomaterials busy. One thing to note is that you should always make Synth-Blood in either single amounts of batches of five.
One Synth-Blood costs 100 coins and take 45 seconds to create. Five of them cost 500 coins and three minutes. 15 of them costs 2,000 coins and eight minutes.
If you choose to make 15, you’re actually losing out on one batch worth of coins. If you made the 5-batch five times, you would end up with 20 Synth-Blood at the same price of the 15 batch.
Complete Journeys before anything else!
Journeys are fixed scenarios for the more adventurous guests. You will need to select hosts with specific abilities, and the better your hosts are the better the rewards will be. You can attempt Journeys about three times a day, then you will need to wait until the next day to get tickets back.
You can get awesome rewards from completing journeys like host codes and gems, so they are worth doing. Make sure you spend your tickets for the day so they do not go to waste!
That’s all for Westworld! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
