As per the official blogpost, when a player collects all Chocolate Frogs in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery they are offered added rewards where they can win in-game consumable items and valuable prizes.
If you get additional copies of the same card they will automatically get converted into rewards. Getting an extra card will increase your Extra Card Converter meter and when the meter gets full you will get a bonus reward. However, upon completing all the collections in the event the Extra Card Converter will not work, and players will get +3 Energy for any additional duplicate Chocolate Frog cards.
