What is the Fastest Flying Mount in Palworld? – Answered

One of the most exciting things you can do in Palworld is to capture a Pal and use it as a mount. This gives you the opportunity to whizz through Palpagos in a flash. And with the fastest mounts in the game, the speed can get downright absurd.

When it comes to mount types, you can choose between running, swimming, and flying mounts. And sure, every type has its charm. But let’s not fool ourselves—flying is the only real way to go! And when you’re flying, you might as well do it in big style. The question now becomes, what is the fastest flying mount in Palworld.

We’ll answer just that in this article. And while you’re at it, you can also check out our piece on how to unlock Statue of Power in Palworld!

Withouth further ado, the fastest flying mount in Palworld is also the fastest mount overall—Jetragon. It’s a super-rare Dragon element Pal, and it’s one that you’ll probably struggle to get for some time. You can catch Jetragon on Mount Obsidian, at the location of the Alpha boss. In fact, you’ll only be able to obtain this Pal during the boss fight.

If you’re hell-bent on getting yourself a Jetragon ride, you should also know that the Pal’s level represents the very cap—level 50. Proportional to its strength, Jetragon also has a ridiculously low capture rate, so you’ll probably have to retry plenty of times. In terms of breeding only two Jetragons can produce a new Jetragon, so there’s absolutely no easier way to obtain this legendary mount.

Procuring a saddle for a Jetragon is likewise not an easy task. While this saddle won’t cost you an arm and a leg (like a Frostalion Noct saddle), you’ll still need to pile up plenty of materials to create it. Here’s a material breakdown for a Jetragon saddle:

  • Refined Ingot x200
  • Paldium Fragment x140
  • Leather x100
  • Circuit Board x50
