Genshin Impact is a gacha-based action roleplaying game currently available on platforms, including – PS4, Android, iOS, PC, and PS5(via backward compatibility). It is one of the critically acclaimed games of the year 2020. Even though Genshin Impact is not a Triple-A game, it is better than many of the recent Triple-A RPG releases in terms of quality, delivery, graphical fidelity, Story, Cast, Soundtrack, etc.

Being a game inspired by Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Genshin Impact received a lot of heat from the gaming community before the official launch. However, once the game was out – players realized the good aspects of Genshin Impact.

The fully voiced playable characters, the vast open-world of Teyvat – filled with vistas, unique story, and gameplay approach(four-party system, elemental resonance, etc) implemented in Genshin Impact – were the true reasons for the success of the game.
Genshin Impact Release Date
Genshin Impact officially released on September 28, 2020, across platforms including the PS4, PC, Android, and iOS. The Nintendo Switch version of Genshin Impact is reportedly in development – though we don’t have any official release date on that.

Followed by the next-gen console launch, Genshin Impact was playable on the PS5 via backward compatibility.
