When is Frigg’s Special Order Banner Coming Out in Tower of Fantasy

Frigg’s limited-time Special Order banner will release on September 1, 2022. Frigg’s, aka Balmung’s banner, will go live as soon as Nemesis’s Clemency of Rebirth banner ends. Once the banner is live, players can perform gacha pulls on Frigg’s banner using Red Nucleus currency to obtain and use her weapon Balmung—a high DPS sword that deals Ice element damage.

Balmung is an excellent weapon; once fully charged, it freezes the target for 2 seconds and leaves it frostbitten for 6 seconds. Breaking the ice shell causes additional damage equal to 151.00% of ATK. While frostbitten, the target’s weapon charge rate is reduced by 50%.

Moreover, when you use Frigg’s Balmung’s skill, Fimbulwinter, a large ice field will be placed at your position, lasting 25 seconds. Inside the ice field, dodges will not be consumed while using Frigg’s weapon, and you will gain the effect of Frozen Domain I: when using Ice weapons, increase Ice ATK by 15% and Shatter by 25%.

Frigg’s Balmung stands at A Tier in terms of Shatter and Charge, and as an overall Simulacrum rating, Frigg can easily be an S-Tier or S+ Tier unit just because of her raw DPS potential.
