Ever since the first looks and teasers of Hogwarts Legacy have been released, Nintendo Switch owners have been biting their nails in anticipation due to the uncertainty of the game being released on the Nintendo Switch.
The newest information revealed may surprise fans everywhere—but not in the way you would expect.

When is Hogwarts Legacy Coming to Nintendo Switch?
Recently, Community Manager for the up-and-coming game Hogwarts Legacy, Chandler Wood, sent out a tweet reply which confirmed the appearance of Hogwarts Legacy on the Nintendo Switch.
The Hogwarts Legacy team had already confirmed that the game would be releasing on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, as well as Xbox One, but it was only after Sony’s State of Play Presentation that fans were hyped for its release on the Nintendo Switch, with Chandler Wood’s tweet reply being the final nail in the coffin.
When the game is releasing for the Nintendo Switch is still not officially confirmed by the Hogwarts Legacy team themselves.
What is Hogwarts Legacy About?
In the game, players will play as a rookie in the school of magic and mystery, Hogwarts. Players will experience student life at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1800s as they embark on a dangerous journey to uncover the hidden truth of the wizarding world.
A fresh new Hogwarts student in the late 1800s, you will be able to choose your home from Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw or Slytherin, being at the center of this magical adventure in the same world as the Harry Potter books.
The player will be able to choose their home at Hogwarts as well as attend classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, while exploring an open world consisting of locations like the Forbidden Forest, the Village of Hogsmeade, and more.
