Where to Find Starscourge Radahn Boss
You can find the Starscourge Radahn boss in the beachside accessed via the Redmane Castle, found in the Caelid region of the Lands Between.
To access the Redmane Castle, you have to use the teleporter found outside the Redmane Castle, near the start of the bridge that leads to the castle.

To trigger the Starscourge Radahn boss fight, you have to trigger the Radahn Festival event where warriors from the different parts of Lands Between come and challenge Radahn in a battle to the death.
