In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can get Carbos from the Chansey Supply shop in Cascarrafa, Levincia, Mesagoza, and Montenevera.

Initially, Carbos is not listed in the Shop’s purchasable item list, and you must unlock it by obtaining three Gym Badges. Once that is done, you will find Carbos listed at the Chansey Market. After that, you can select the Carbos and purchase them for 10,000 Pokedollars per unit.

That being said, as mentioned earlier, you will find Chansey Supply in the following cities:

• Cascarrafa
• Levincia
• Mesagoza
• Montenevera
