You can find a new body for Sorceress Sellen inside a small dungeon in Ranni’s Rise, near Caria Manor, located in the Liurnia region of Lands Between.

In the below Elden Ring map screenshot, the player icon shows the exact location of the Dungeon. It is hidden behind a false ground that you remove using Torrent’s jumps or hitting the ground with any attacks—physical attacks recommended. 

Once you open the path to the Dungeon, you will find many Husk of Magicians, go straight and hit the wall. Yeah, we have to go through another false wall to get the new body for Sorceress Sellen.

Assuming you managed to get past the last false wall, you will find a new un-responsive body of Sorceress Sellen. You can place Sellen’s Primal Glintstone to move her soul to the new body—to continue Sellen’s quest.
