In order to find Latenna’s location in Elden Ring, you will need to finish the Lakeside Crystal Cave dungeon. It is located in the southern part of Liurnia. Just go through this cave and the monsters that you encounter there. After that, you will be able to get to a location named the Slumbering Wolf’s Shack. Latenna will be sitting in front of this shack.

Latenna will join you as a Spirit Ash and you will be able to use her. Also, her questline is related to an NPC named Albus and it rewards you with other items that you may find helpful.
