Where to Find Magnemite in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Magnemite is a pretty rare encounter, and is only found in one biome throughout the game: Cobalt Coastlands. This means that you can get your hands on a Magnemite somewhere midway through the game, as Cobalt Coastlands is the third out of the five biomes that you will unlock as you progress through the main game.

But searching for hours on end in the wild is not what you should be doing when trying to find a Magnemite; these magnetic floating balls of electricity can only be found in Space-Time Distortions, ones that appear in Cobalt Coastlands, of course.

Space-Time Distortions will be indicated on your map when they spawn, after which you will also receive a warning when one starts to form. You can easily hasten the process of a Space-Time Distortion forming by catching tons of wild Pokemon, especially through Mass Outbreaks.

Then, when you see a Space-Time Distortion start to appear, you need to quickly make your way into it, as these gigantic, space-and-time-altering purple domes will not last forever.

When you get into a Space-Time Distortion formed in Cobalt Coastlands, finding a Magnemite should be a walk in the park, as they are very common encounters that spawn in there. Make sure you have a bunch of Great Balls ready when you sneak up on a Magnemite, and catching a Magnemite after sneaking up on it shouldn’t be much trouble at all.
