You can find the Mimic Tear Ashes inside a sealed room in the Eternal City of Nokron. To be exact, the Mimic Tear Ash is found behind a locked Imp door in Night’s Sacred Ground location of Nokron—the same location where you searched for the Finger Slayer Blade during Ranni’s Questline.
