Like in many other mainline Pokémon games, there are dozens of Pokémons with hundreds of variations. And while the Sinistea isn’t a very popular Pokémon specie in previous Pokémon games, it has suddenly become one of the most sought Pokémons in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
This is because of the requirement for players to add Ceruledge to their Pokédex. And for those looking to evolve Charcadet into Ceruledge, they’ll need to get the Malicious Armor. And the Sinistea Chips are one of the few items they can trade to get it. So in this article, we’ll be guiding you on where to find Sinistea in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Where To Find Sinistea in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
There aren’t a lot of players where this particular Pokémon spawns in Scarlet and Violet. However, Paldea in itself is large, and you can find Sinistea by amassing Sinistea Chips, which isn’t always difficult.
While there’s no one way to find Sinistea, the Pokédex entry shows that the Pokémon can be found near towns and cities living amongst the ruins. And if you look hard enough, this is true as you’ll see on the map how these locations are the late-game area in the bottom left corner of Paldea and near Zapapico East earlier in the game.
Do note that when you’re able to reach these locations, finding Sinistea becomes easier because when you find one, you’ll notice them spawning more often in nearby areas as well.
And since you’ll have to find Sinistea to gather the Sinistea Chips for Ceruledge, then this is a Pokemon you’ll want to be on the lookout for whenever you pass through these areas. Sinistea is one of the rare Pokémons you’ll come across in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and you can only find it at two distinct locations in the game.
