When you manage to find the Portal Cave you will be able to use the blue portal to teleport to Jotunheim. There you will have to find a small ice cave on coordinates 77.1, 30.9. Inside this cave, you will be able to find the Steinbjorn summon terminal.

How to Summon Steinbjorn in ARK: Survival Evolved

In order to summon Steinbjorn in ARK: Survival Evolved, you will need to use its summon terminal. If you want to activate this device you will have to bring x30 Runestones and put these inside the terminal. After that, you will be able to activate the summon terminal and fight Steinbjorn.
