Where to Find Swarm of Flies in Elden Ring

You can find the Swarm of Flies incantation on a dead body along the east wall in the blood marsh area of the Mohgwyn Palace. 

You can reach the location via the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace. Once you are there, stick to the east wall, and soon you will come across a small shallow cave inside which you will find a dead body with the Swarm of Flies incantation.
