Where to Find the Fjordur Broodmother in ARK Survival Evolved

Broodmother is one of the bosses of Fjordur Island that got added to ARK Survival Evolved with its latest major update, released on June 12th, 2022. We have many players who want to know where to find the Fjordur Broodmother in ARK Survival Evolved.

Where to Find the Fjordur Broodmother in ARK Survival Evolved

In the Fjordur map, you can find Broodmother’s terminal inside a cave well hidden behind some trees. The exact location of the cave is 57.3 Latitude and 65.8 Longitude. Open your map and head to the said coordinates, and you will find the cave that leads to the Broodmother’s terminal.

Like other bosses of ARK Survival Evolved’s Fjordur DLC, you cannot find Broodmother out in the wild. You have to use the boss’s terminal to get to her lair. Moreover, to activate her terminal, you need the Relic of the mini-boss Beyla. There more to it! To get Beyla’s Relic, you have to defeat her. And, once again, you cannot find her on the game map. 

You have to use Runestones to open a portal to Beyla’s layer. You can acquire Runestones by killing Alpha enemies. Identifying an Alpha enemy is easy as you can find the Alpha text in their names.

Apart from Beyla’s Relic, you need a few other items to activate the terminal to Broodmother’s layer. You can find them listed below:

  • Argentavis Talon x10
  • Artifact of the Clever x1
  • Artifact of the Hunter x1
  • Artifact of the Massive x1
  • Beyla Relic x1
  • Sarcosuchus Skin x10
  • Sauropod Vertebra x10
  • Titanoboa Venom x10

That’s it. Now that you know the location where you can find Broodmother in ARK Survival Evolved’s Fjordur map and the materials you need to get to her lair, you can now get going and collect the missing items.
