Where to Use the Sewer-Gaol Key in Elden Ring

You can use the Sewer-Gaol Key to open a locked Sewer door that you find in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds dungeon located right beneath the Leyndell, Capital of the Lands Between.

If you have not already unlocked the Site of Grace at the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds, check out this guide, which explains in detail how you can reach the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds from the Avenue Balcony Site of Grace. 

Once you are at Subterranean Shunning-Grounds, progress through the sewers, dropping down, till you find the Giant Flower enemy. Beyond that, there’s a stair that leads to the locked room that you can open using the Sewer-Gaol Key.
