Fire Emblem Heroes is a gacha mobile game developed by Intelligent Systems, currently featuring 776 unique playable units, with 475 of the franchise’s cast represented in at least one form.
One of the playable characters in Fire Emblem Heroes is the proud and gifted Delthea, whose history and background we will be talking about in this guide.
Who is Delthea in Fire Emblem Heroes?
A Duma Faithful necromancer, Tatarrah, kidnapped Delthea and brainwashed her into being his Witch servant (in Echoes, it is implied that it was Slayde who gave the information to the Duma Faithful with regards to where she lived). Luthier asks Alm and the Deliverance to help him save his little sister. They encounter Tatarrah and kill him, freeing Delthea from the brainwashing and the necromancer’s control.
Confused and deliberating on what to do, wondering where her brother is, she then flees the battlefield into the floodgate where she reunites with Luthier and also meets Alm and the Deliverance. She joins the army to simply end the war once and for all. After the war, she voluntarily decides to seal her magic and begin to live a happy life as an ordinary woman. In Echoes, she also marries a nobleman.
Despite being naturally talented and gifted with magic, Delthea is not at all interested in training her abilities, using it in Alm’s group because she likes helping him, only to seal it after the war. She is bright and cheerful, though a little selfish as well. Constantly making fun of Luthier, her support makes it clear that she does love him and would love nothing more than to be friends deep down, defending Luthier when anyone else does the same.
