Will Total War Warhammer 3 be Releasing on Nintendo Switch? – Answered

Unfortunately, chances are very slim for a Total War Warhammer 3 release on Nintendo Switch. Despite the console’s touch controls generally being great for a strategy game, the previous two entries in the series didn’t make the jump, so it definitely looks like it will be the same for the upcoming third entry. Additionally, both publisher SEGA and developer Creative Assembly haven’t talked about the game launching on any console, so it will definitely take quite some time to see it on any other platform.

Also, given how PC-focused strategy games require a lot of system resources to run properly, we really shouldn’t expect to see a native port of Total War Warhammer 3 land on Nintendo Switch, if the game ever makes the jump. With cloud versions being a thing, however, who knows what the future may hold.
