In order to be able to give Permission in Rec Room, you will need to have the Creator status. Also, if Creator gives you permission to change Permissions you will be able to do so. Here is the list of steps that you need to follow to give Permission in Rec Room:

• Open the This Room tab.
• Open the Settings tab.
• Open the Permissions menu.
• Tap on the button with the icon that depicts humans.
• Choose the player for whom you want to change Permissions.
