The XCOM 2 Collection is bringing some intense tactical action to iOS devices this week, and it seemed like Android owners would never get the chance to experience this excellent game on the go. This is not the case, thankfully.

Feral Interactive confirmed that the XCOM 2 Collection is going to be released on Android in 2021, with more information regarding this version of the game coming at a later time.

The XCOM 2 Collection brings the full XCOM 2 experience to iOS, as already mentioned this week. The game will come complete with all the DLC that has been released on PC and consoles, as well as tons of tweaks that make the game incredibly smooth to play even with mouse and keyboard.

The only downside to the collection is how demanding it is, in terms of system specifications, so if your device is not up to par, you should expect some performance slowdowns here and there. Being a strategy game, however, they do not matter all that much.

The XCOM 2 Collection releases on November 5 on the App Store globally. Never heard of the game before? Check out some gameplay below.
